A real workout
Modified for every body, no experience needed, no one watching.
Sweat & Success
Biloxi, MSSep 1930 SEATS
A workout and a room full of Gulf Coast women who came alone too. Sep 19 in Biloxi.
This is the room for that.
And the women in it will push you to keep showing up.
The morning
Modified for every body, no experience needed, no one watching.
We do the awkward part for you in the first ten minutes.
Recovery, refreshments, local women-owned vendors, headshots.
The circle
The workout is the excuse. The women are the point. You walk in alone and you walk out with people who expect to see you again, and who will say so.
Guided intros mean you know names in ten minutes, and those names know yours.
The group thread after the event is opt-in, and it is where the "you coming Saturday?" texts happen.
Every woman in the room came for the same reason you did. Being the one who shows up matters to her as much as to you.
Times count from doors at [START]. We wrap by [END].
You get paired up, two easy questions, and a small group before the warm-up.
Slow, seated or standing, nobody rushed.
Forty minutes with a seated, standing, and harder lane for every movement. Pick yours and switch any time.
Stretch, breathe, water, and the first real conversations.
Local women-owned tables, headshots for anyone who wants one, and time to swap numbers.
Group photo, one thing you're taking home, and you leave with names in your phone.

Straight answers
Yes. Every movement has a seated version, a standing version, and a harder lane. You pick yours and change it whenever you want. Nobody is watching you, because everyone is busy with her own mat. If you haven't worked out in a year, you are exactly who this was planned around.
Most women walk in alone, which is why the first ten minutes are guided introductions. You get paired up, given two easy questions, and moved into a small group before anyone has time to stand by the wall. You'll know four names before the warm-up starts.
No. No pitch, no downline, no "opportunity meeting." You buy a ticket, you get an event. That's the whole deal. The vendors are local women-owned businesses selling real products at their own tables, and nobody presents from the front of the room.
Whatever you'd wear for a walk on the beach: leggings or shorts, a top you can move in, sneakers. Bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one. We have spare mats, towels, and refreshments. If you want a headshot, bring a top you'd wear to meet a client and change after the workout.
Yes, please do. Each person needs her own ticket and attendees need to be [MIN AGE] or older. After you save your spot you get a share link. Send it to her and you're seated together for the introductions.
Not on site for this one. There's no childcare and attendees need to be [MIN AGE] or older, so every woman there can be fully present for two hours. If that's the thing standing between you and coming, reply to your confirmation email and tell me. I read every one and I'm working on it for the next event.
Full refund up to [X] days before the event. Full refund inside the window in the refund policy below. No form, no reason needed, just reply to your confirmation email. Inside [X] days you can transfer your ticket to another woman by emailing me her name. Closer to the event you can transfer your ticket to another woman by emailing me her name. If I cancel for any reason, everyone is refunded in full within five business days. A $5 seat hold works differently: it lasts 48 hours, comes off your ticket if you come back and pay the balance, and is not refunded if you let it lapse.
We run rain or shine. [VENUE] has covered indoor spaceThe venue has covered indoor space, so the workout and the introductions happen either way. If severe weather closes the venue, you choose: the backup date, [BACKUP DATE], or a full refund.
Yes. Every movement has a seated version and you can sit for the whole session if you'd like. [VENUE] has step-free entryThe venue has step-free entry and accessible restrooms. If you need anything specific, reply to your confirmation email and it'll be set up before you arrive.
